Repair Cafe In Glens Falls Saturday

What do you do with a broken toaster? A bike whose wheels run out of air? A necklace with a broken clasp? Toss it? Or fix it? Zero Waste Warren County and the Crandall Public Library have partnered to help fix those items at the first Repair Café in Glens Falls. On Saturday, April 27, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., in the Crandall Public Library’s Christine L. McDonald Community Room, everything will be about making repairs. About a dozen volunteer repair experts will be available to help repair people’s cherished or functional objects free of charge. Tools and materials will also be on hand.
