Washington County Sheriff’s arrested John F. Sulpizi, 60, of Salem for failing to appear for a felony charge, as a fugitive of justice out of Berkshire County. WNYT reports Sulpizi did not appear for a felony charge for indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. Authorities say he is being held at the Washington County Jail, pending arraignment.
