New York State Police arrested Christopher W. Holcomb, 29, of Queensbury for rape in the third degree. The arrest stemmed from an investigation into a tip that an adult male had sexual contact with a child. State Police say Holcomb allegedly had sexual contact with a child in the fall of 2023. After arraignment, Holcomb was remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility without bail.
