Warren County Board of Supervisors Chairman Kevin Geraghty, the Town Supervisor from Warrensburg, presented the “State of the County” address for 2024 recently.
Major accomplishments for 2023, such as passing a budget that brought a countywide tax rate decrease, starting a senior transportation program and new tourism initiatives, were spotlighted.
Priorities for 2024 were also outlined, with continued focus on more affordable housing, improvement to broadband availability and support for mental health initiatives identified as some of the priorities.
