A Whitehall man is accused of injuring a 7-year-old during a domestic incident. WNYT reports 27 year old Joshua M. Slingerland was charged with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest followed a joint investigation between the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and Washington County Child Protective Services. The incident took place on Oct. 6.
