The man who admitted to driving his motorcycle under the influence of drugs and alcohol and crashing into the Warren County Bikeway, will have to wait until at least January to find out if he will spend the rest of his life in prison. WNYT reports
Anthonia Futia was in Warren County Court on Thursday for a hearing on whether he will be designated as a persistent felony offender because of prior convictions on his record. If the judge determines he is a persistent offender, he faces a sentence of 12 ½ to 25 years in prison.
