A stretch of the Northway in Warren County has reopened after a big accident Monday morning caused it to shut down between Exits 22 and 23. Authorities say two commercial vehicles crashed around 11 a.m. and there were multiple secondary crashes as a result. No significant injuries have been reported. Police continue to investigate a cause.
