Warren County’s task force that is preparing for the potential arrival of migrants who are currently being sheltered in New York City has been meeting in recent days, and County Administrator John Taflan provided an update to residents this week about the progress. He said it is not the intent of the county to bring migrants here, pointing to limited affordable housing in the area and already struggling human service agencies and health care facilities.
