A Warren County man is facing larceny charges. According to WNYT, 58 year old Kenneth Vassar of Glens Falls stole more than $15,000 meant for construction projects at the VFW building in Queensbury. Vassar was arraigned and sent to the Warren County Jail without bail, due to having multiple prior felony convictions.
