The Lake George Park Commission’s new program of inspecting septic systems on Lake George shoreline properties is now underway. The Sun Community News reports inspections began in late April with an inspection of a septic tank on the premises of a residence built in 1967 on Lake George’s Assembly Point. It failed the inspection and faces upgrades or replacement.
