A Johnsburg man was arrested May 10 after an argument at a softball game became violent. State Police say Gideon J. Bezio, 35, had apparently gotten into a verbal argument with another person, during which Bezio allegedly grabbed a bat and hit the victim on the side of the head and caused them to bleed. Johnsburg EMS was on the scene to evaluate the victim, who was then transported to Glens Falls Hospital for further evaluation and treatment. That person was treated and released.
