Kevin Monahan, the man accused of shooting and killing Kaylin Gillis, will be in Warren County Court Thursday. WNYT reports Gillis, 20, was riding in a car that was turning around in Monahan’s driveway in Hebron, Washington County, when Monahan allegedly shot at the car, and killed Gillis. Monahan is charged with second-degree murder.
