State Police of Queensbury arrested Jennifer A. Winter, 36, of Warrensburg for Grand Larceny.
On February 1, 2023, at about 8:31 p.m., Troopers received a report from an elderly Warren County resident reporting fraudulent bank and credit card activity. The investigation determined Winter, who is known to the victim, used the victim’s credit card multiple times without authorization, allegedly stealing more than $8,000.
