Three people face a variety of charges after a vehicle was observed speeding in Queensbury, and later crashed. WRGB reports a vehicle was spotted by police driving on Luzerne Rd in the Town of Queensbury at a speed of 119 miles per hour. The operator, identified as 33-year-old Joseph E. Millington of Diamond Point failed to pull over and eventually crashed on Bonner Drive. Millington and two passengers, 53-year-old Matthew Harris of Greenwich and 22-year old Taylor Ruddy of Middle Grove, were charged with two misdemeanor counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
