Hilary Stec of Queensbury, who has deep experience in human resources management, has been appointed by the Queensbury Town Board to serve as a town supervisor-at-large on the Warren County Board of Supervisors. Stec is taking on the seat that became open recently due to Rachel Seeber’s retirement, reports the Sun Community News.
