The man accused of shooting and injuring another man in the Queensbury Walmart parking lot last fall has been offered a plea deal. The Post Star reports 34 year old Adrian Semintal of Fort Edward, was offered 14 years in prison.
The incident took place last November after police say Simental engaged in an encounter, and then followed Brendan Grant’s vehicle into the parking lot, where a confrontation ensued.
