A public hearing is to be held by the Warrensburg town board at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28 on a proposed local law that would allow town Water & Sewer Collection Clerk Joyce Reed to retain her position while she serves as a town board member. The Sun Community News reports Reed was elected to the town board to fill the unexpired term of Donne-Lynn Winslow who recently retired from the position.
