State Police of Chestertown arrested Michael D. Riley, 19, of Lake Luzerne, NY, for Grand Larceny. On November 21, 2022, at about 8:23 p.m., Troopers received a complaint that a debit card was used without permission. The investigation determined Riley used a debit card named to another, spending over $1,500 without their consent. Riley was arrested and processed at SP Queensbury. He’ll be back in court Wednesday.
