The man accused of shooting someone in the Queensbury Walmart parking lot over the weekend was arraigned on Wednesday. According to WNYT, Adrian Simental of Moreau is charged with attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He pleaded not guilty to both charges in court, stemming from an incident in which he allegedly shot a man with whom he was arguing.
