State Police arrested Kevin G. Hines, 41, of South Glens Falls, NY, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Criminal Mischief, Reckless Endangerment and Obstructing Governmental administration , among other counts. It started with a stolen vehicle from Schenectady that was used in a robbery at a gas station in Colonie. The vehicle was later spotted in Albany where, after a brief pursuit, Hines tried to flee on foot and was arrested. An investigation determined Hines was impaired by drugs.
