State Police arrested Wendy L. Murphy, 54, of Granville, NY, for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals. Thirty-one horses were found on her property. All appeared to be deprived of necessary sustenance, suffering from neglect, and have been removed from the property. Murphy was arrested and charged.
