Having trouble with past due utility bills? Warren County Department of Social Services wants residents to know that New York State has announced that a total of $567 million is available to help low-income electric and gas utility customers pay off past utility bills. This program can help eliminate unpaid utility bills that have accrued through May 1, 2022.
