Fort Ann Woman Charged In Single Vehicle Accident

A Fort Ann woman is facing charges after police said she drove while under the influence of drugs with two children in her vehicle. The Post Star reports State police responded to Round Pound Road earlier this month for a one-car accident and determined that 35 year old Katelyn Cutter was impaired. Cutter told police that she had been taking prescribed medications and “dabs,” which is concentrated butane hash oil. Cutter was charged with a felony count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a child.
