The Warren County Sheriff’s Office has been made aware of a recent social media post on the national social media platform TikTok threatening violence at every school in America on December 17th.
The original TikTok challenge was for students to skip school on December 17th, and at some point the challenge was changed to include the threat of violence towards schools.
These threats are non-specific and we are not seeing any issues at present. The Sheriff’s Office will work closely with all of its school districts and college campuses to ensure safety protocols are in place.
