Glens Falls Common Council will hold a public hearing later this month to discuss the proposed 2022 general fund budget of $20.8 million, which represents an 8% increase from last year’s $19.1 million budget. The Post Star reports council set the hearing for its next scheduled meeting on Nov. 23 starting at 7:20 p.m.as property taxes would rise 2% in the proposed budget.
