State Police in Wilton arrested 37-year-old Brock E. Gibbs, of Fort Edward, for four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. Brock was stopped for a traffic infraction as he traveled on I-87 in the town of Moreau. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed that he was in possession of a quantity of controlled substances including heroin and numerous hypodermic needles. Brock was processed at SP Wilton and released on an appearance ticket for Moreau Town Court on April 28, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.
