State Police in Queensbury arrested 37-year-old Saquan Lamont of Brooklyn, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia. State Police stopped Lamont for a traffic infraction as he traveled on I-87 In Queensbury shortly before 1:00 a.m. on Sunday. When the Trooper spoke with Lamont, they observed signs of drug use inside the vehicle and a search was conducted. Lamont was found to be in possession of over 11 ounces of crack cocaine, approximately 1.48 ounces of heroin, and drug paraphernalia commonly used for the packaging and sale of controlled substances
