Another Democrat is throwing their name in the ring to challenge current U.S. Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for her seat.
WRGB reports Paula Collins, a New York cannabis tax attorney, has joined the race, setting up a Democratic primary between Collins and Steve Holden, an army veteran. Jill Lochner is running against Stefanik on the Republican line, and Brian Rouleau is running on the Working Families Party line.
