A 19-year-old Glens Falls man was arrested Sunday for allegedly driving drunk with another teen in the vehicle. WNYT reports
Joseph M. Erwin was stopped by a Warren County Sheriff’s deputy at around 10:30 p.m. after he committed traffic violations. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol level of .08%. Erwin was charged with felony DWI.
