A 36-year-old man is facing DWI charges after allegedly being caught drunk behind the wheel with illegal drugs in the car.
The incident happened late last month on Route 9 in Lake George. Andrew Tustian, of Stratford, Connecticut, was stopped and was determined to be intoxicated. Troopers also discovered multiple controlled substances in the car, including LSD.
