The man who sped away from state police and then caused a fatal crash on the Northway will spend 15 years in state prison. WNYT reports Skyler Crouse was sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty to manslaughter and assault. Crouse was driving more than 100 miles per hour right before he crashed into a truck near Exit 25. The truck driver, Joseph Turcotte, was killed. Turcotte was a popular area boat builder.
