A 19-year-old man is facing assault charges, after police say he injured a 7-week-old baby in Glens Falls. WNYT reports the baby is recovering at Glens Falls Hospital. Glens Falls police say the baby was injured while in the care of Tyler Zaugg on Broad Street Sunday. They did not say the relationship between the baby and Zaugg.
