A Glens Falls man is facing second-degree murder charges in connection with the death of a woman in Schenectady. Police were called to 927 State Street for reports of an unresponsive woman in room 121, where 49 year old Renee Stratton was declared deceased shortly after EMS arrived. 40 year old Corydon R. Carlton of Glens Falls was charged with second-degree murder and is currently in custody at the Schenectady County Jail.
