A Queensbury man admitted to committing bank fraud and aggravated identity theft at a Capital Region credit union. Court officials said 25 year old Evan Cutler and four others defrauded SEFCU, now Broadview Federal Credit Union, by using other people’s identities to withdraw loaned money.
