Queensbury Man Cops To Bank Fraud, Identity Theft

A Queensbury man admitted to committing bank fraud and aggravated identity theft at a Capital Region credit union. Court officials said 25 year old Evan Cutler and four others defrauded SEFCU, now Broadview Federal Credit Union, by using other people’s identities to withdraw loaned money. Cutler applied for loans using New York State licenses with different names and dates of birth but his photo.
