The body of a man who went missing after his kayak overturned in the Hudson River on Friday has been recovered. WRGB reports the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, on July 14th at approximately 1:20 pm, New York State Forest Rangers located the body of 67-year-old Alfred Arzuaga, of Indiana, deceased. Arzuaga was located on the eastern side of the Hudson River in the Town of Chester.
