DEC has issued a backcountry advisory for the Adirondacks as DEC continues to evaluate storm impacts that could affect public safety. DEC is assessing roads and state facilities in the region damaged by flooding and other storm impacts.
DEC staff have completed many repairs and debris clearing at state facilities, but visitors should be prepared for minor inconveniences while repairs continue.
