A group of student volunteers from Queensbury embarked on the trip of a lifetime to bring solar energy to people in Puerto Rico hit hard by storms. Surrounded by mountains in a remote region of Puerto Rico, a group of 17-year-olds worked under the heat and humidity to lift fragile solar panels onto the roof of a nursing home. WTEN reports the student-run group is focused on harnessing the power of the sun partnering with Let’s Share the Sun Foundation.
