An investigation is underway as a Queensbury man was arrested after police say he offered massages despite being unlicensed and is accused of inappropriately touching customers. WRGB reports 54-year-old Tieli Wang was arrested at the Lilly Spa and charged with four Counts of third-degree sexual abuse and three counts of forcible touching. Police discovered three more victims had accussed wang of inappropriate touching.
