Warren County may allocate as much as $1 million for a Joseph B. Warren Museum to be completed in time for the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution. $800,000 of this investment will be drawn from occupancy tax. The Post Star reports the project’s initial concept plan was estimated at $600,000, but rising costs to labor and materials, as well as a costly asbestos removal inflated the price.
