A proposal for a four-story 60 apartment unit mixed use commercial building on Warren Street will go before the Glens Falls Planning Board on March 5. The Glens Falls Chronicle reports Margaret Girard, owner of 109 and 115-117 Warren Street “is seeking sketch plan review and approval for construction of a new mixed use commercial building with 21,235 sq. ft. of commercial space on the first floor and a total of 60 apartment units on the upper three floors of the building.
