Fence Company Operator Charged With Grand Larceny

The owner of Trust a Fence is accused of receiving money from two victims for fence installations, but never starting either project or returning the money. WRGB reports 31-year-old James Butler, was charged with two counts of grand larceny on February 23. In January, Troopers said it received two complaints of contractor theft in the Capital Region, one in Saratoga County, the other in Warren County. According to New York State Police, the two victims hired Butler for contracted fence installations.
