A Chestertown man has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography. WNYT reports 43 year old Peter Bratis admitted in U.S. District Court in Albany that he used a Google Drive account to store images depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct between Feb. 24, 2021 and Aug. 4, 2022. Bratis has a prior conviction for second-degree rape in Glens Falls. The victim was 15 years old.
