A Glens Falls man who was previously convicted of DWI has been arrested again, for alleged drunken driving. According to WNYT, the Warren County sheriff’s office says 32-year-old Jeffrey McKenna was pulled over on Warren Street in Glens Falls for traffic violations. Deputies say the charge was upgraded to a felony, because of a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years.
