State Police say they arrested a Greenwich man, accused of taking a minor with the intent of leaving the state. WRGB reports 44-year-old John Ingraham is accused of taking a child that was under the age of 16 without permission or consent of their legal guardian. The investigation began at a home in Greenwich at around 9:00 AM on January 6th. The child was located hours later with Ingraham at the I-90 NYS Thruway, Warners Service Area in Warners, NY.
