Warren County’s proposed 2023 budget features higher spending and an increase in the total tax levy, but a lower overall tax rate for county property owners — for the third straight year. The Sun Community News reports the budget is subject to a final vote following a public hearing on the spending plan set for 10 a.m. Nov. 18 at the county Municipal Center.
