State Police of Queensbury arrested Perry L. Girard II, 44, of Lake George, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving While Intoxicated and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law Violations. Troopers stopped a vehicle on Hill Drive in Lake George, NY, for a registration violation. Girard II was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and while being taken into custody, he was found to possess a quantity of drugs.
