Two men in Washington County are being praised for saving a dog from a garage fire. According to WNYT,the fire broke out Monday afternoon at 16 Skene Street in Whitehall. A witness said Chris Bascue and Jarrod Martel, who are friends of the homeowner, kicked in the door to save the dog. No injuries are reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
