The Great Escape in Queensbury has come up with a way to solve its staffing shortage and help local charities at the same time. WNYT reports the park is encouraging non-profits to send a minimum of five volunteers to work at the park for a day.
In exchange, the non-profit gets at least a $500 donation and tickets to return to the park as a guest. Great Escape has had to close Tuesdays and Wednesdays this summer due to the manpower issue.
