NYRA announces the Saratoga Race Course will be operating at 100% capacity this summer. The move comes after the state announced that at least one dose of the vaccine had been administered to 70% of adults in the state. The track operated with no fans last summer and officials had previously said, this time around, they’d be reserving most of its seating for vaccinated fans only. All of those in attendance would have been required to show proof of vaccination. But those restrictions have been lifted.
