State Police in Chestertown arrested 46-year-old Sergey Lisitsin of Westfield MA, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor. At approximately 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, troopers responded to the area of Exit 25 of the Northway southbound for a report of a tractor trailer that was driving erratically. Upon locating the truck, the trooper observed it almost collide with another vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. While speaking with the driver, Sergey Litsitsin, the trooper could smell the odor of alcohol and observed signs of impairment. Lisitsin was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed, and he was taken into custody.
